Board Certification by the AMERICAN BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF CERTIFICATION as a Bankruptcy Specialist in both consumer and business sub-specialties. [on January 1, 1998 the ABBC merged with the Commercial Law League and became the American Board of Certification.] In 1996 I was elected to the board of directors of the ABC, and subsequently appointed to the faculty, which term expired January 1, 2002.
